Come Yachts is a charter operator and broker running a vetted partner fleet out of Miami Beach Marina, Sea Isle Marina downtown, and the Haulover area up north, plus Fort Lauderdale. When you book a charter in Miami, you deal with one desk from first email to dock: we match your group to a boat from our fleet, confirm the exact vessel with photos, and stay reachable through your trip day.

The brand was born in the crypto world — come.yachts started as a booking desk for crypto clients who wanted to charter a boat without wire transfers and paperwork friction. The payments were the easy part. Building a real charter service around them — vetting boats, holding captains to standard, answering within the hour — is what turned a domain into an operation. Today most guests pay by card, and the service is the point.

We work Biscayne Bay and the Intracoastal daily: boat parties at Haulover Sandbar and Nixon Beach, private yacht charters past Star Island, and boat rentals in Fort Lauderdale.

All-in pricing

Captain and fuel are always in the number — from $140/h for a pontoon to $700/h for a 60–79 ft yacht. Ice, water, cooler and bluetooth sound come standard. Check every rate on our prices page; the only extras are the ones we name upfront.

Licensed USCG captains only

Every charter runs with a USCG-licensed captain at the helm. No "operator included" fine print, no handing the wheel to a deckhand. The captain's license is part of our vetting file for every boat.

Free weather reschedules

If the captain calls off your trip for weather, you move to a new date free — no fees, no lost deposit. Give us 48 hours or more when you can; the captain has the final go/no-go call.

Pay your way

USD by card is standard. We also settle in crypto — BTC, ETH, SOL and USDT — at the same rates, same terms. Details on paying with crypto.

Standards

How we vet every partner boat

A vessel doesn't enter the fleet until its paperwork does. Here's the checklist.

Insurance on file

Current commercial charter insurance, verified before the first booking and re-checked at renewal. If coverage lapses, the boat comes off our list until it's fixed.

COI where required

Any vessel carrying more than 13 passengers must hold a USCG Certificate of Inspection. Our party catamarans are inspected vessels — that's why they can legally take up to 65 guests.

Maintenance records

Engine hours, service history and safety-gear dates for every boat. A charter that ends with a tow is a failed charter; we'd rather turn a boat away than explain a breakdown.

Captain licenses

We keep a copy of each captain's USCG license and match the license class to the vessel. New captains run with us on smaller trips before they take larger groups.

The 13-passenger rule: under USCG regulations, a charter carrying more than 13 passengers must run on an inspected vessel. Most private yachts top out at 12–13 guests — bigger groups belong on inspected party catamarans, not on an overloaded yacht. We enforce this on every booking.

Payment

Booking and payment, in plain terms

A 30% deposit holds your date; the balance is due on charter day. We take USD by card, and crypto if that's how you operate — either way the price is the one we quoted, with captain and fuel already inside it. Do you own the boats?

What does all-in pricing mean?

The number we quote includes the boat, a licensed USCG captain, fuel, ice, water, a cooler and a bluetooth sound system. The only extras are named upfront: catering, jet ski add-ons, dock pickup outside the marina, and gratuity (15–20% is customary).

What happens if the weather turns bad?

You reschedule for free. If the captain calls off the trip for weather, we move your charter to another date at no cost — just give us 48 hours or more when you can. Brief summer rain usually passes; the captain makes the final call.
